Tee Joints

A Tee is a type of pipe fitting which has a horizontal run and a vertical branch at a 90° angle. One of the most commonly used pipe fittings, Tees are used to combine or divide flow in a process piping system. Tees can connect pipes of the same or different diameters, change the direction of a pipe run, transport medium from two origin points for mixture, or some combination of all. While Reducing Tees are in wide use, Equal Tees are the most common.

Being a common pipe fitting, Tees are available in many different forms. They can be butt weld, threaded or socket weld. They’re available from Schedule 5s to XXH, in standard 150# and SP-114 castings, and forged pressure classes up to 9000#.

Tees are available in nearly any combination of alloy, pipe size and connection. Whatever your job requires, James Duva, Inc. is the supplier you can count on. Our experienced team will help you achieve your goals. Call us today.
